Halal Policy
Prime Lac Supplies guarantees that all the products it manufactures are halal. We are committed to complying with the Malaysian Halal Standards MS1500:2019 in producing every one of our products to ensure the food produced is halal, clean, and of good quality based on Shariah rulings, and safe for the consumption of all. The integrity of the process starts from the control of raw materials to
manufacturing, packing, storing, and distributing of the products so that they are halal, high-quality, and safe for consumption along the identified supply chain.
The Malaysian Halal logo is featured on all our product packaging to indicate that they have successfully met halal compliance standards.
To uphold our company’s halal policy, we will ensure:
- Every material (ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials) must be free from impurities (najs) and any forbidden (haram) materials as outlined in the Malaysian Standard for Halal and Malaysian Halal Certification Manual Procedure.
All materials used for utensils, equipment, machinery, and processing aids must be free from non-halal and impure contaminants.
The processing methods and techniques used in producing products are free from non-halal and impure contaminations originating from workers, the environment, equipment, raw materials, or premises.
Continuous enhancement through the control, monitoring, and verification of the system
Prime Lac Supplies also prohibits its staff from bringing non-halal food onto the premises.
Halal Mission
- Ensure the compliance of Halal Policy by the company throughout the identified supply chain from production process until marketing of every Halal certified product.
- Apply and obtain Halal certificates for every product.
- Provide training and educate the staffs pertaining the concept and requirements of Halal.
- Assist Research & Development Division in producing new products that conforms to Halal standards.
